Government of India made many development authorities and housing boards who construct infrastructure development and houses for all categories of the society. All cities and States of India has its own housing board and development authority which construct infrastructure development like Roads,Guest Posting Expressways, Flyovers, Industrial corridors etc and these development authority also provide houses to needy people of the society by launching New Housing Scheme.

Last Year, In 2014 the development authority of capital of India (Delhi) had launched approx 24034 flats for all categories like EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG. Delhi Development Authority had received about 10,00,000 registration forms for its housing scheme and now DDA refund the money for unsuccessful applicants and give allotment letter to successful applicants.
